Lead Analyst, People Analytics

ServiceTitan ServiceTitan · Enterprise · Canada · Remote

Lead Analyst role focused on People Analytics, responsible for designing and building AI-driven workflows to enhance decision-making within HR. The role requires strong analytical and research methods foundation, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Emphasis on using AI tools to accelerate analytical work and focusing on judgment and accuracy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with HR product owners to learn how they make decisions, then design product-intelligence reporting that helps them explore their data and connect signals to decisions to north-star outcomes.
  2. Design and build an interconnected suite of dashboards paired with enablement - such as usage guides that guide stakeholders to understand their data to drive adoption and improved decision-making.
  3. Bring applied research-methods rigor to our analytical work. Design sound analyses and apply the judgment to know when an inference holds, when the data misleads, and when a model fits the decision at hand (e.g., strong understanding of sampling error, survivorship bias, cross-validation, bias-variance tradeoffs).
  4. Author theory-grounded institutional knowledge that clear, measurable process models for answering durable questions such as what drives talent density, where the hiring process slows down and why. Contributes to a foundational knowledge base that raises ServiceTitan’s people-analytic intelligence.
  5. Design and build AI-driven workflows that let a small team do outsized work, using AI to accelerate content, documentation, code, and analysis so people focus on judgment and accuracy.
