Lead Brand Strategist to architect the long-term evolution of Docusign's brand, bridging market intelligence and execution. Responsibilities include building a multi-year brand roadmap, developing positioning and messaging, owning naming conventions, analyzing market opportunities, leading brand research, and translating strategy into creative briefs and execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own a multi-year brand roadmap, developing and evolving the brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Docusign in a shifting landscape
  2. Own the development and governance of naming and nomenclature across products and experiences, ensuring a clear, consistent, and customer-first system, translating complex capabilities into simple, intuitive language that helps customers quickly understand value, navigate offerings, and make confident decisions, and partner cross-functionally (PMM, Product) to drive alignment, reduce fragmentation, and uphold a scalable naming architecture that reflects the brand strategy
  3. Partner with our business strategy ops team to identify emerging markets, analyze market saturation, and pinpoint white-space opportunities for brand growth
  4. Lead brand health and sentiment research initiatives, turning raw data into actionable insights, ensuring we have a pulse on how customers, prospects, and the industry perceive us
  5. Partner closely with Group Creative Directors to turn complex strategies into inspiring creative briefs, acting as the connective tissue that ensures our daily output and flagship projects align with the overarching brand vision
