What you'd actually do

  1. Cradle to grave contracts management of Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M type contracts.
  2. Represent AT&T and interface with Customer Contracting Officials, including corporate signature authority
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to contract PMO; provide guidance concerning contractual terms and conditions
  4. Identify and mitigate risks
  5. Negotiate contract modifications, review & support change proposals and potentially follow-on work

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing Federal Government contracts
  • Contract Management experience with all contract types (primarily CPAF)
  • Working expertise with Federal Acquisition Regulation, and agency supplements
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Government contracting issues
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • TS/SCI with poly clearance

Nice to have

  • Professional certification
  • Working understanding of the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
  • Experience with Intelligence agencies, DoD and Civilian agency contracts
