This role is for a Lead People Business Partner supporting the Global Revenue organization at Braze. The primary focus is on providing strategic HR support, coordinating People Business Partners in AMER, and partnering with global counterparts to drive cohesive people strategies. Key responsibilities include talent planning, organizational design, and leading HR initiatives for the Revenue organization. The role requires extensive experience in HR business partnering within the SaaS technology industry, particularly supporting Revenue and go-to-market functions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the most senior Revenue leaders in AMER providing both strategic counsel and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle
  2. Coordinate and align the work of AMER People Business Partners supporting the Revenue org - providing day-to-day guidance, ensuring priority alignment, and elevating consistency of HR support across the region, without serving as a direct people manager
  3. Partner with global Revenue PBP counterparts to align on people strategies, share insights across regions, and ensure a cohesive, connected approach to HR support across the full global Revenue organization
  4. Lead talent planning for the Revenue organization, including top talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning, in close partnership with senior leaders
  5. Proactively advise senior leaders on organizational design, team structure, and people strategy as the Revenue org scales and evolves its go-to-market model
