Lead Product Designer for Zendesk's AI Copilot team, focusing on defining and designing AI-assisted workflows to simplify customer support agent and admin roles. This role involves a systems-oriented approach to create a best-in-class Copilot experience across all modalities, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and build the future for Zendesk Copilot, where AI serves the needs of agents and admins.
  2. Partner with the product & engineering teams to research and develop new Copilot capabilities for our customers.
  3. Work across cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to execution and ensuring a detailed approach to the design process.
  4. Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products while partnering with other designers on the larger product vision.
  5. Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
