Airbnb Airbnb · Consumer · United States · Art and Creative

Lead Program Manager for Airbnb's Organic Social team, responsible for the operational strategy and execution of always-on content series. This role focuses on defining and refining workflows, governance, and systems to enable a world-class creative team to produce consistent, high-quality content globally. 2. Define and continuously refine “ways of working” for always-on organic social — crafting and socializing intake processes, content calendars, production workflows, and governance frameworks.
  3. Ensure each content series has a clearly documented brief: objectives, cadence, platform specs, tone guidelines, and success metrics.
  4. Maintain the single source of truth in Airtable: content calendars, production trackers, publishing schedules, status dashboards, and leadership summaries.
  5. Oversee timelines, dependencies, and publishing deadlines — identifying, untangling, and escalating blockers to keep content on schedule.
