Lead UX Designer for AT&T's Mass Markets product team, focusing on discovering customer problems and applying solutions to new and existing products to drive future growth. The role involves designing and optimizing user experiences across platforms, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring usability and accessibility, and mentoring junior colleagues. What you'd actually do

  1. Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms, using a combination of skill, creativity, collaboration techniques, and tools to ensure intuitive and seamless interactions.
  2. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles.
  3. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects.
  5. Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy.
