Legal Counsel/Specialist with fluency in French, English, and Italian, supporting revenue-generating activities and navigating complex commercial, regulatory, and risk-related matters for Adobe's Southwest Europe region. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements, providing legal advice on IP, data protection, and information security, and contributing to legal team initiatives including legal technology and responsible AI use.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support revenue-generating business across the Southwest Europe region, with a primary focus on France and Italy, by drafting, reviewing and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements, including SaaS / cloud services, software licensing, professional services and related agreements (DPAs, SOWs, reseller and consulting agreements).
  2. Provide clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice to Sales and internal stakeholders on commercial, IP, data protection, information security and risk-related matters.
  3. Support complex customer negotiations, helping drive deals to closure while appropriately managing legal and commercial risk.
  4. Monitor and advise on regulatory and legislative developments impacting the business, with a particular focus on data protection, financial services (FSI) and consumer regulations.
  5. Collaborate closely with Legal colleagues across EMEA, Latin America and globally, ensuring alignment, consistency and effective knowledge sharing.

Skills

Required

  • Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in commercial, IT and IP law
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Italian proficiency is mandatory

Nice to have

  • Experience and knowledge in Public Sector is a plus
  • Spanish or another EU language is a plus
  • exposure to AI-related legal issues
