What you'd actually do

  1. Arrangement of import and export goods, maintenance of tracking reports, preparation and archiving of transportation documents, and coordination and handling of transportation exceptions.
  2. Arrangement, tracking, and control of domestic transportation, and optimization of cargo loading rates.
  3. Audit and control of freight costs, with good data analysis capabilities to optimize transportation processes and reduce transportation costs.
  4. Coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo transportation, daily management of suppliers, identification of root causes for problems encountered during transportation, and proposal of corrective actions.
  5. Meeting compliance requirements through optimization of work processes, and improving efficiency and accuracy.
