This is a Manager, Business Development role at Fivetran, focused on leading and developing a Commercial Business Development team. What you'd actually do

  1. As a manager, you'll lead a frontline Business Development team, ensuring the achievement of activity and targets to generate new demand on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  2. You'll actively promote an environment that fosters the development of best practices, encouraging a team environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  3. Collaboration with sales and marketing leadership will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of overall strategies.
  4. You will collaborate with our People team to apply best practices in recruiting top talent for your team.
  5. You will provide coaching to our current team members, supporting them in reaching their maximum potential, particularly through call listening/coaching, email inspection, and social selling coaching.
