What you'd actually do

  3. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes, tools, and ways of working
  4. Lead Cast Experience initiatives spanning engagement, communications, and executive reporting (including Chairman’s reporting)
  5. Explore and pilot AI‑enabled approaches that enhance operational effectiveness, with clear adoption and impact goals

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management, operations, continuous improvement, or technology‑adjacent roles
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization with senior leaders
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively between strategy and execution

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, digital, or enterprise operations environments
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or initiatives that drive operational or employee impact
  • Background in change management, Cast/employee experience, or organizational effectiveness
