Manager for a Campaign Operations team focused on building, QAing, and launching marketing campaigns. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and develop a team of Campaign Operations Associates, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in campaign execution.
  2. Own the high quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your audience.
  3. Develop and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your line of business, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
  5. Leverage AI, Braze and in-house marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech or Lifecycle Marketing
  • at least 2 years leading 3+ reports
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP is required
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality

Nice to have

  • Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus
