Manager for the Castle Club and Executive Lounge at the Disneyland Hotel, responsible for leading reception and restaurant teams, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing staff, and optimizing operations. Requires significant experience in high-end hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills in French and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supervising the reception and support of VIP clients as well as the preparation and smooth running of stays, ensuring personalized, discreet and fluid service.
  2. Ensuring the quality of services (rooms/suites, Lounge, service standards, hygiene) and coordinating different departments to offer an impeccable customer experience.
  3. Managing and leading a team of about thirty employees by fostering performance, skill development and cohesion.
  4. Coaching on the ground, briefings and regular performance evaluation.
  5. Managing sensitive situations and complaints professionally, ensuring follow-up of customer feedback and implementing continuous improvement actions to optimize the offer, procedures and work organization.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Receptionist in high-end 5* hotels
  • Experience in food and beverage (Room Service, Table Service Restaurant) in 4 or 5* hotels
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral)
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Team management and development skills
  • Understanding of premium clientele expectations
  • Excellent command of English and French (minimum C1 level)
  • Flexibility on schedules and working days

Nice to have

  • Third language at intermediate level
