  1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  2. Develop a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture with strong rigor around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business.
  3. Reinforce and elevate a culture rooted in quota achievement, customer-centricity, and strong cross-departmental collaboration
  4. Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling skills.
  5. Manage forecasting, territory planning, and growth targets while ensuring high-quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience
  • 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
