What you'd actually do

  1. Propose, define, and lead end-to-end strategic initiatives that shape how DoorDash engages our largest restaurant partners — from industry intelligence to the global coordination of our restaurant strategy across the US, Canada, and Australia.
  2. Stand up the AI-powered systems that compound our team's strategic depth. Examples include an industry intelligence engine that synthesizes industry research with our internal data and a stakeholder engagement model that drives quarterly contact with every key restaurant industry executive.
  3. Lead data-driven business cases for new initiatives — building forecasts, sizing opportunities, and pressure-testing the assumptions behind our largest restaurant bets.
  4. Overhaul and own the team's operating cadences — including QBRs, OKRs, and business reviews — making them sharper, more decision-oriented, and ruthlessly tied to outcomes.
  5. Partner with leadership across the US, Canada, and Australia to align global restaurant strategy and partner proactively with the broader Enterprise Partnerships team.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or as a general manager
  • Proficiency in modeling in Google Sheets
  • Comfortable pulling data in SQL
  • Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an ambiguous environment
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Excellent stakeholder alignment and executive-facing communication skills
