Manager, Experience Researcher

Manager, Experience Researcher for Deloitte DT-US Product Engineering team. Responsible for defining and leading research strategies for digital products, planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Focuses on user-centric design and continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Defining and leading research strategies for digital products, including mobile experiences, across the product development lifecycle.
  2. Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnography, concept evaluation, and behavioral analysis to generate actionable insights.
  3. Translating research findings into personas, recommendations, dashboards, and success metrics that inform product strategy, design decisions, and roadmap priorities.
  4. Partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize research topics, facilitate workshops, and connect teams to user needs.
  5. Leading research workstreams across multiple products, mentoring team members, and helping strengthen research practices across the experience community.

  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, ethnography, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, concept evaluation, and mobile testing
  • Experience translating research findings
