  4. Drive documentation and clarity around our recruiting processes for internal and external stakeholders
  5. Manage, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators across SF and NY

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing early-career talent
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity

  • Experience with Notion, Workday, and Ashby
