Manager, Sales Enablement role at Visa supporting APAC Sales leadership and sales teams in complex pursuits and strategic opportunities. What you'd actually do

  1. leading the coordination and delivery of RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions (workplans, timelines, cross-functional inputs, reviews, and submission packaging); supporting opportunity strategy and development of executive-ready proposal and presentation materials;
  2. coordinating contract review and internal approval cycles with relevant stakeholders;
  3. maintaining pursuit operating cadence (action/issue/decision logs and follow-ups);
  4. producing management reporting on pipeline and priority pursuits;
  5. supporting go-to-market planning discussions through synthesis of client, market, and competitive insights into decision-ready materials.
