Head of Human Resources for Asset and Wealth Management in Asia Pacific, responsible for shaping employee experience, culture, and workforce strategy. This role advises senior leaders on talent, organization design, and culture, driving digitally enabled people solutions and using data/insights to guide decisions. Key responsibilities include setting people strategy, advising on leadership and organization health, managing talent priorities, leveraging analytics, influencing stakeholders, strengthening performance practices, and championing AI/digitally enabled HR solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior business leaders to set and execute the people strategy aligned to business priorities and transformation goals
  2. Advise executives on leadership, organization health, team effectiveness, and complex people matters
  3. Drive end-to-end talent priorities, including succession planning, talent reviews, internal mobility, and leadership development
  4. Use workforce and talent data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into action plans and measurable outcomes
  5. Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and deliver outcomes at pace
