As a Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assisting in the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, process improvements, and compliance with safety standards.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the safety, efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations, contributing to cost reduction and operational excellence within the facility.

- Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing processes to improve safety for people, efficiency and product quality.
- Support production teams by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and providing technical guidance.
- Participate in process improvement projects to reduce waste and optimize operations.
- Strong planning methodologies with PFEP and Kanban based lined on every work performed.
- Budget control over items needed to supply efficiency the work environment.
- Poka yoke implementer in every process, system challenger to keep things growing up.
- New product development by creating feasibility analysis and equipment or line design for new production requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with process documentation, troubleshooting techniques, and quality control tools
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and data analysis is a plus
- Report management in order to show key points on projects and continues performance.
