  1. Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  2. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
  3. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  4. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  5. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Skills

Required

  • Leadership experience
  • Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • Experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
  • Experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
  • Ability to work variable shifts
