This role focuses on marketing automation and campaign delivery using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading a team of marketing technologists to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  2. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social, etc.) using Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  3. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other data sources to enable seamless data flow and personalized customer experiences.
  4. Oversee data management, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Marketing Cloud specialists and developers.
