Marketing Project Manager for Store Experience Events & Activations at Target. This role involves leading the development of in-store activations, managing project timelines, action plans, and stakeholder alignment. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the successful development of guest-centric Saturday Spotlight and loyalty activations, as well as quarterly event fixture graphic transitions, through integrated project planning.
  2. Support Sr. Project Managers on flagship seasonal and brand partner activations.
  3. Develop timelines, action plans and stakeholder alignment while serving as the project communications hub.
  4. Proactively communicate milestones and interdependencies, ensure team compliance with best practices and identify and mitigate risk.
  5. Draw conclusions from relevant data, make informed recommendations and remain guest-centered in your approach to projects and solutions.

Skills

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
