This role focuses on demonstrating the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for large clients, serving as a day-to-day contact for strategic advertiser relationships, and supporting operations through measurement studies and scaling initiatives. The role involves evaluating and refining AI-generated outputs from internal tools, communicating complex results to non-technical audiences, and applying AI to scale test-and-learn agendas. It requires expertise in digital ads measurement, statistical fundamentals, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights, using AI-assisted analysis tools like SQL/Python notebooks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Demonstrate the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for some of our largest clients within North America Enterprise across the Retail vertical
  2. Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to Retail measurement
  3. Support day to day operations for top accounts via partnership with senior ICs in executing measurement studies, reporting, and scaling initiatives within and across top accounts
  4. Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs from internal tools with strong analytical judgment, ensuring recommendations are accurate, privacy-safe, and grounded in sound measurement methodology for Pinterest’s Retail partners
  5. Communicate complex results back to a non-technical client audience and influence client and internal cross functional team measurement thinking

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • Expertise with measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals leveraged in the ads measurement ecosystem, specifically, including media mix modeling, conversion lift, multi-touch-attribution, geo match market tests, and brand lift
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data sources and turn numbers into actionable insights
  • Ability to work-cross functionally, independently, with sales, product, and other members of the Partner Measurement team
  • Experience communicating complex measurement concepts directly with Partners with a wide range of measurement sophistication
  • Use AI-assisted analysis (SQL/Python notebooks, data visualization, and statistical tools) to accelerate custom, ambiguous measurement investigations for the most strategic retail clients.
