Web Designer responsible for the design of marketing and landing pages for an AI product, focusing on visual appeal, conversion, and creating a self-serve CMS design system for internal teams. Collaborates with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and front-end engineers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI for web craft
  2. Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves
  3. Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs
  4. Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint
  5. Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer

Skills

Required

  • Strong portfolio of web and marketing design work
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS / templating systems
  • Experience at the intersection of brand and growth
  • Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
  • Fluency in Figma
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
  • Clear opinion on what makes a great web page, and the ability to articulate why

Nice to have

  • Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and enough JS to prototype, tweak, and ship)
  • Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how design decisions affect discoverability
  • Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations
