Seeking a Memory Circuit Design Engineer to design, develop, and build custom memory circuits (SRAMs, ROMs, Caches) for Intel CPUs and SOCs. Responsibilities include technical readiness, simulation, characterization, PPA optimization, and innovation in memory design on advanced CMOS process technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Technical readiness, memory circuit design, characterization and simulations.
  2. Cache design, critical path simulations and design custom blocks.
  3. Memory path-finding activities and power, performance and area (PPA) optimization.
  4. Memory bit-cell and complex periphery IC design and automation.
  5. Memory array/IP design, memory circuit innovation.
