Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Due Diligence Senior Consultant

This role focuses on financial due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) within Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team. Responsibilities include supporting transaction strategy, analyzing financial and operational data, developing business cases, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of US GAAP Accounting experience, with a willingness to travel.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting transaction strategy, diligence, integration, and separation engagements for corporate and private equity clients
  2. Analyzing financial, operational, and market data to inform transaction decisions and growth strategies
  3. Developing business cases, synergy assessments, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives
  4. Creating client-ready presentations, models, and work products for executive and stakeholder discussions
  5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track milestones, and support execution across the transaction lifecycle
