This role focuses on financial due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) within Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team. What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting transaction strategy, diligence, integration, and separation engagements for corporate and private equity clients
  2. Analyzing financial, operational, and market data to inform transaction decisions and growth strategies
  3. Developing business cases, synergy assessments, and implementation plans aligned to client objectives
  4. Creating client-ready presentations, models, and work products for executive and stakeholder discussions
  5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track milestones, and support execution across the transaction lifecycle
