Mission and Program Strategy Consultant (ts/sci With Poly)

Consultant role focused on mission and program strategy within government and public services, requiring deep mission expertise, strategic planning, and collaboration with client stakeholders. The role involves assessing mission requirements, developing strategy artifacts, and establishing programmatic functions. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide deep mission expertise and knowledge of the broader global mission and commercial ecosystems by leveraging client specific tools and databases.
  2. Proactively assess mission requirements and operating environment challenges to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies while providing meticulous documentation.
  3. Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.
  4. Develop and establish programmatic functions across client environment.
  5. Collaborate closely with mission teams and client stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience providing program management support or leadership.
  • 4+ years of experience in government consulting or national security mission space.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
