Momentum Erp Functional O2c Analyst

This role supports strategy and transformation engagements for government and public sector clients, focusing on finance transformation. Responsibilities include developing client-ready deliverables, conducting research and data analysis, and coordinating with client and Deloitte team members to track actions and manage milestones. The role requires experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or operational improvement initiatives, with a focus on government or public sector clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting strategy and transformation engagements for government and public sector clients across planning, analysis, and execution activities
  2. Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, process documentation, and implementation plans
  3. Conducting research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify issues, evaluate options, and inform recommendations
  4. Coordinating with client and Deloitte team members to track actions, manage milestones, and support day-to-day workstream delivery
  5. Preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and leadership briefings and documenting decisions, risks, and next steps

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience supporting strategy, transformation, program management, or operational improvement initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience developing presentations, reports, analyses, or process documentation for client or executive audiences
  • 2+ years of experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility required
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA up to 5 days a week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
