Stripe is seeking a National Account Executive for their Enterprise team in India. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with AI-native and global-first companies, designing their financial infrastructure, and driving revenue growth. The executive will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals with C-suite stakeholders, positioning Stripe as an essential growth engine.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with both new and existing Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand Stripe’s revenue
  2. Own the full sales cycle, from business case development, to deal structuring and negotiating, to close
  3. Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth technology companies
  4. Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  5. Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of software sales experience selling to Enterprise and Digital Natives in the India market
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil / Hindi if needed
  • Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and create value through solution selling
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities including comfort with basic modeling
  • Experience building strong account relationships with Enterprises originating in India, but building for the world
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in technology
