Netsuite Engineer 3 - Business Systems

MongoDB is seeking an experienced NetSuite engineer to join their FinTech team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing integrations, customizations, and enhancements within their NetSuite and ERP system landscape. Responsibilities include optimizing the NetSuite platform, supporting integrations with SFDC, Concur, and Coupa, and collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Order to Cash, Revenue, Sales, and Data Warehousing to drive efficient financial processes. The candidate will also lead projects, develop best practices, and mentor junior team members.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a comprehensive and scalable solution architecture aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  2. Define and implement strategies for integrating ERP with other enterprise systems (Tax Engine, CRM, Billing Engine, Coupa, concur etc ).
  3. Plan, manage, and manage projects and work on the organization's strategic technology roadmap.
  4. Define and refine software engineering management and development best practices to ensure secure and stable systems.
  5. Participate in reviewing solutions & guide junior team members.
