No-fault Arbitration Paralegal

State Farm is seeking a No-Fault Arbitration Paralegal to manage a high-volume caseload of PIP arbitration matters in their Jericho, NY Claim Litigation office. Responsibilities include reviewing submissions, preparing conciliations, reviewing medical records, appearing for AAA hearings, drafting reports, and communicating with claim partners. The role requires previous paralegal experience, familiarity with arbitration rules and procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of case management and document storage systems. The position is hybrid and offers a salary range of $82,589.81 - $95,000.00 with potential for incentive pay.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a No-Fault Claims Adjuster
  • Familiarity with Court and American Arbitration Association rules and procedures
  • Familiarity with New York Civil Court Rules and Procedures
  • Understanding of medical terminology, CPT Codes, Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule
  • Ability to draft pleadings, routine motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Experience with discovery process
