This is an administrative and corporate services role supporting internal business operations through administrative and coordination activities. The role focuses on maintaining day-to-day processes, documentation, and team support needs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing administrative and operational support for assigned teams or business functions
  2. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for team activities
  3. Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports, records, files, and other business documentation
  4. Monitoring shared requests and routing items to appropriate stakeholders
  5. Supporting routine processes such as onboarding logistics, expense-related activities, supply coordination, and other administrative tasks

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
