Position Summary
The Corporate Services team is seeking a Services Support Associate II to support internal business operations through administrative and coordination activities. This role helps maintain day-to-day processes, documentation, and team support needs in a professional services environment.
Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II on the Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for…
Providing administrative and operational support for assigned teams or business functions
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for team activities
Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports, records, files, and other business documentation
Monitoring shared requests and routing items to appropriate stakeholders
Supporting routine processes such as onboarding logistics, expense-related activities, supply coordination, and other administrative tasks

The team
Corporate Services supports internal business operations across Deloitte. The team provides administrative, coordination, and operational support that helps internal stakeholders work effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in administrative support, operations support, or office support
Experience scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
Experience maintaining records, files, reports, or other business documentation
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting internal business operations in a professional services environment
Experience working with shared mailboxes, service requests, or ticket queues
Experience supporting onboarding, event coordination, or office logistics
Experience with expense processing, purchasing support, or invoice tracking

This compensation range is specific to Washington and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $41,100 to $68,600.
