Operator – Start-up of a New Pharmaceutical Facility
Your Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll play a key role in bringing new processes to life — not from the sidelines, but right at the heart of operations.
- Support the implementation of production processes and systems (MES/EBR, automation).
- Contribute to the development of SOPs and work instructions.
- Train and guide operators and team leads on the shop floor.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks during the start-up phase.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Actively contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH).
Your Profile
You’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in dynamic environments, and steps up when it matters most.
- Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
- Familiar with GMP, production processes, and automation (MES/EBR is a strong plus).
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proactive, results-driven, and a true team player.
