Partner Account Manager

Klaviyo is seeking a Partner Account Manager to build and manage relationships with marketing agency and systems integrator partners. The role involves understanding partner business models, identifying growth opportunities with Klaviyo, driving co-marketing initiatives, and acting as a thought leader. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product, recruiting and onboarding new partners, building a lead referral pipeline, and working towards revenue-focused goals. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of SaaS account management, channel, or sales experience, strong influencing and relationship-building skills, and comfort presenting product-led discussions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a trusted advisor to the 15 partner relationships you manage with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs + build relationships with those managing front line teams working with Klaviyo.
  2. Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and understand how your partners can take advance use cases to market
  3. Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential agency and consultant partners across your territory to expand Klaviyo’s partner ecosystem beyond the existing managed book of business, driving incremental partner-sourced pipeline, regional coverage, and long-term growth.
  4. Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
  5. Work to understand a partner’s organization structure and business goals.
