Partner Development Manager

Snowflake is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive sales and development goals with SI, Cloud, and ISV partners, focusing on increasing brand awareness and product adoption. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and enabling partners, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing a portfolio of partners to achieve sales quotas and capability building.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, recruit and enable Snowflake Partners. Experience working across Regional Services, GSI and Boutique eg. Cloud Native specialist partners
  2. Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies with Snowflake partners
  3. Incubate partners and help build a sustainable co-sell business
  4. Work with sales, solution engineering, professional services and other relevant teams to drive business with identified partners
  5. Support Partners and internal Snowflake teams on transaction specific requirements and driving joint wins

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
  • 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud , or SaaS space
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels)
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Ability to engage C suite of the partners, as well as collaborate closely with the sales leadership
