New Relic is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for LATAM to build and scale their partner ecosystem, focusing on driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and activating partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs), building executive relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enable partners and execute joint initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive net-new pipeline through partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and co-selling motions.
  2. Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential partners, focusing on those with strong observability, cloud, or DevOps practices.
  3. Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations to influence their go-to-market strategy with New Relic.
  4. Work closely with AEs and partners to bring partners early into the sales cycle (including discovery), accelerating deal velocity and increasing win rates.
  5. Coordinate enablement programs to ensure partners are certified, confident, and capable of positioning New Relic’s platform.

Skills

Required

  • Spanish fluency
  • Portuguese fluency
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect sales
  • SaaS or observability-related space experience
  • Experience working with VARs, SIs, and/or MSPs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Willingness and ability to travel across LATAM

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure monitoring
  • Experience working in co-sell environments or with marketplace motions
  • Familiarity with partner enablement tools and partner programs
