This role is for a Product Sales and Solutioning Analyst in the Payments division at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on driving new business development, managing client relationships, and growing the product's P&L within the fintech industry. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or fintech, a strong understanding of payments and transactional FX products, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive new business development for the product, hunt and manage new client relationships for a given portfolio, grow the product P&L.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored product solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies, prepare sales materials and assist in RFPs and client presentations.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in banking, fintech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of payments and transactional foreign exchange (FX) products, along with their client use cases.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent client facing skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product development, client service and bankers
  • Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to execute tasks and drive results.

  • Mandarin speaking is preferred due to the extensive engagements with Mandarin speaking only clients
