People Relations Specialist

This role partners with legal, HR, and business leaders to manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide HR advice. It focuses on resolving conduct, performance, and culture-related cases in alignment with company values.

What you'd actually do

  1. Address, navigate, and productively manage people issues surrounding conduct, performance, and culture.
  2. Run workplace investigations end-to-end.
  3. Partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners, and Business Leaders on owning outcomes and closing out cases in a manner consistent with our culture and business values.
  4. Determine appropriate disciplinary actions.
  5. Provide pragmatic HR advice and assist the broader People Team with other employment issues and cross-functional efforts that shape our culture, values, and offerings.
