This role is for a Lead People Tech Specialist with 7+ years of HR technology experience, focusing on recruiting systems and Workday. The role involves implementing, optimizing, and supporting recruiting platforms, managing integrations, and partnering with various stakeholders. A key aspect is shaping the team's use of AI for People Tech work, identifying use cases, conducting experiments, and ensuring responsible AI adoption with guardrails.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver transformative tech solutions for highly complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with a focus on Workday and integrated People technologies.
  2. Assess broad business needs and set strategic direction for technology solutions, balancing long-term vision with effective execution.
  3. Lead strategy, implementation, optimization, and support for recruiting technology platforms, ensuring solutions improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, data quality, and operational scale.
  4. Partner closely with Recruiting and Recruiting Operations to assess current-state workflows, identify pain points, and design scalable future-state processes across requisitions, candidates, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
  5. Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for People Tech, facilitating alignment and prioritization across teams and initiatives.
