This role is for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative specializing in Hematology, focusing on marketing a new substance in a new market for Eli Lilly. The position requires identifying key accounts, developing tailored solutions, conducting professional sales discussions, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and building access pathways. It emphasizes strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identification and mapping of key accounts, customers and decision makers in these accounts in the field of Hematology and creation of a tailored plan for each account.
  2. Recommending and developing tailored solutions for his customer and the account networks the customer belongs to.
  3. Conducting competent professional discussions according to VBS (Value Based Selling) in the specialist groups of hemato-oncologists as well as looking after selected oncology nurses.
  4. Implementation of the sales and marketing strategies of the business unit. This includes field work and the execution of events, such as the sponsorship of key local events and peer-to-peer meetings.
  5. Creation and continuous development of strategic analyses of the customers looked after (incl. SWOT analysis, patient flows, volume of these potential customers) and implementation of the recommendations based on these analyses.

Skills

Required

  • Training as a certified pharmaceutical representative or scientific degree (ideally university degree).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a successful pharmaceutical representative in hemato-oncology.
  • The ability and knowledge to advise oncological customers on health policy issues.
  • Experience and success with "Value Based Selling".
  • A clear understanding of value-based selling and excellent sales skills in this area.
  • Willingness to develop and implement new access opportunities through multiple channels.
  • Excellent collaboration and proven ability to achieve results with diverse teams.
  • High learning flexibility and solution orientation.
  • Team spirit (We > I).
  • Strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking.
