Pmo Support Analyst - Global Finance Services

This role supports Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership and process teams by coordinating projects, monitoring metrics, maintaining tools and materials, and driving consistent execution in a global finance environment. It requires strong project support, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting PMO operations through coordination of administrative activities, templates, and documentation
  2. Facilitating strategic projects and business change initiatives with technology and cross-functional stakeholders
  3. Analyzing performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support decisions
  4. Coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones
  5. Maintaining enhancement tools, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement efforts
