This role is for a Principal Project/Program Manager at AT&T, responsible for leading and supporting multiple programs and initiatives across various executive operations domains. The role involves daily Chief of Staff responsibilities, including preparing communications, managing meetings, event planning, leading projects with accelerated timelines, and serving as a point of contact. It also includes conducting end-to-end program management, defining scope and objectives, directing project teams, and managing vendor integration. What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible to lead and support multiple programs and initiatives, simultaneously across several executive operations domains including organization planning, culture, communications, day-to-day operations, customer events, shared HQ services.
  2. Conducts end to end program management of one or more programs containing multiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature.
  3. Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.
  4. Defines project/program scope and objectives, directs activities of project teams, and identifies resources.
  5. Storytelling with data both in written form and through visualizations to influence decisions and drive insights.
