This role is for a Principal Technical Program Manager within Zillow's Industry Software organization, which builds B2B SaaS platforms and products for real estate professionals. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch and post-launch learning.
  2. Translate business and product priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution rhythms.
  3. Align Product, Engineering, and Design teams on scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
  4. Drive program execution across complex platform areas, including identity, access, monetization, and internal tooling.
  5. Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
