State Farm is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Claims Process Engineering team. The role focuses on process design and improvement using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, service, quality, and customer experience. Responsibilities include research, analysis, collaboration, and communication of findings and recommendations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducting research and analysis for end-to-end process design efforts across P&C Claims Auto, Fire and Shared Services segments
  2. Utilizing Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities which will reduce waste and result in measurable improvements in efficiency
  3. Successfully executing the implementation of identified process improvements to achieve measurable results (operational efficiency, service, quality, or customer experience)
  4. Driving collaboration and positive change in complex business processes with teams comprised of process, execution, and other business partners
  5. Developing comprehensive understanding of structure, standard work, work segmentation, and detailed processes in segments related to project assignments
