Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building software to accelerate hardware production and delivery. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences for the Forge platform, which facilitates the manufacturing, deployment, and maintenance of Anduril hardware. This includes contributing to roadmap shaping, owning design execution, creating scalable components, and developing the design system. The role emphasizes on-site research and collaboration with stakeholders to improve immersion, efficiency, and consistency across user experiences.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to roadmap shaping and decision-making for product and design strategy.
  2. Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  3. Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
  4. Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical manufacturing and onsite workflows.
  5. Balance short-term tactical bets while making meaningful progress towards long-term design system pursuits.
