Product Enablement Specialist

This role focuses on translating CoreWeave's product roadmap and launches into clear, compelling, and actionable enablement for the field, ensuring sellers can confidently position CoreWeave solutions and align value to customer outcomes. It involves understanding technical features, creating sales assets, delivering training, and gathering field feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deeply understand upcoming releases, roadmap themes, and positioning.
  2. Translate technical features into customer-centric narratives, use cases, and value propositions tailored to GTM roles.
  3. Own enablement workstreams for product launches and enhancements, including messaging, enablement sessions, and supporting materials.
  4. Create and maintain product-focused sales assets, including pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, talk tracks, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
  5. Develop and deliver training sessions (live and recorded) that enable sellers to pitch, demo, and position new products and features.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, product enablement, technical sales, or a related GTM role in cloud, AI, or infrastructure.
  • Ability to engage deeply with technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling customer stories.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and visual communication abilities.
  • Comfortable presenting to and training GTM teams of varying technical depth.
  • Track record of partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent product innovation and change.
