What you'd actually do

  1. Champion Customer Success: Deeply understand customer needs through regular interaction, especially concerning the metering and billing lifecycle, to ensure high satisfaction and trust in Workday's products.
  2. Own the Financial Engine: Serve as the product owner for the core credit calculation rules engine. Ensure 100% mathematical accuracy, handle complex billing edge cases, and guarantee the integrity of the consumption ledger.
  3. Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Product teams to define a product strategy that effectively balances immediate customer requirements, long-term market opportunities, and relevant industry trends.
  4. Define Key Product Problems: Identify and articulate the most critical problems the PCC should address by analyzing the market, Workday's unique advantages, and available technical opportunities.
  5. Prioritize High-Impact Features: Evaluate potential features based on user value and business impact, and champion solutions that can be developed and shipped efficiently.
