Product Manager for Visa Direct's Currencycloud product, focusing on building global money movement infrastructure. The role involves owning a product area end-to-end, defining vision and roadmap, leading discovery with clients, managing product development from concept to launch, and driving adoption. Success is measured by shipping impactful features, strong product judgment, and product area growth. Requires experience in Product Owner/Manager roles, preferably in Fintech, with strong prioritization and agile framework experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate in crafting your tribe’s strategy by doing deep market, customer, competitor and technology research.
  2. Develop a product strategy and roadmap for your team based on company strategy, tribe strategy, deep market, customer, competitor and technology research.
  3. Lead discovery with clients to uncover real problems, unmet needs and new opportunities.
  4. Manage end-to-end product development, from shaping the problem through to building and launching it for our clients.
  5. Collaborate with the Product Marketing and GTM teams to define the go-to-market plans, positioning and launches.

Skills

Required

  • 3-4 years proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role
  • Experience owning a product area or major initiative from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Experience shipping products and can clearly demonstrate impact by moving key customer and business metrics
  • Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to define and manage a backlog and make tough trade-offs
  • Comfortable working with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, and across 1-2 teams
  • Experience crafting a vision for your product based on customer discovery, market research, data analysis, etc.
  • Experience shipping features to customers, measuring impact, and using those learnings to shape future plans

Nice to have

  • preferably in a software-first Fintech or tech start-up
  • Preferably domain knowledge in Fintech - e.g. payments, FX, transaction banking or trading
