The role involves translating measurement needs into requirements, managing backlogs, and partnering with engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to improve data quality and enable self-service measurement capabilities across platforms like Adobe Analytics, Claravine, and Fullstory.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and refine a product backlog for a defined digital measurement product area, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization rationale and clear outcomes for tagging, taxonomy, Claravine, Fullstory and measurement operations.
  2. Support and improve Claravine workflows, including taxonomy structures, naming conventions, metadata templates, validation rules, approval flows and adoption reporting.
  3. Partner with analytics and engineering teams to connect Claravine standards to Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics use cases, including tracking-code quality, campaign metadata, classification enrichment and reusable reporting dimensions.
  4. Help evolve Fullstory from a diagnostic tool into a repeatable source of behavioral insight for product discovery, friction analysis, conversion troubleshooting and experience optimization.
  5. Translate business and product questions into Fullstory use cases, including segments, funnels, journey analysis, session replay workflows, custom events, user properties and insight-to-action playbooks.
